Usually the Warranty is 4 months or 500 Hrs whichever earlier, after receiving the lamp. We give Biggest on Projector Lamp/ Projector bulbs as we supply high Quality lamps. While, other Vendors give only 100 days/ 3 months Warranty. You can also 6 months Warranty (i.e. Extended additional 2 months) on Lamps for small price difference.

Longest Warranty of 90 days/ 3 months on Projector Parts, after receiving the part. We supply New good Quality. While, other Vendors may give used parts and their Warranty is only Testing/ 30 days.

Yes, the payment is absolutely safe as we have integrated our payment Gateway with PayUMoney. The different online payment options available by Order on our Website are: Debit / Credit Card/ NEFT / IMPS.

If the Item is in Stock we Ship the Goods same day we receive payment via reputed Courier firms like - Trackon, On- Dot, DTDC. It usually takes 2-3 days to arrive. Delivery/ Shipping is by AIR for small goods upto 1.0 kg.

We will notify our Customers of the Couriers Tracking/ Docket Number via Shipment confirmation Email / SMS message and send Tracking URL Link at the time of Product dispatch. 

We Pack and send the Product safely all over India. If you receive damaged product. Then please do not accept the Courier packet and send a picture of the damaged Box/ item. Please report to us by Email/ Whatsapp same day of receiving material so that we can take further action on it and try to replace it.

AVIS ensures that customer receive good quality product. If there is any problem with our product you can easily return or exchange the product within 15 days of purchase by sending us picture/ snapshot of the problem on Email or Whatsapp.

Full Refund: If your in stock product Order does not arrive within 10 days from the purchase date.

Refund or Keep: If your item is significantly different from the product description, you can:

• Get a partial refund and simply keep the item/ s.

If it is within Warranty period, please return it to our Office/ Dealer where you purchased from. Our local Dealer/ Distributor or our Service Center will help you in the shortest time possible.

To confirm if your Projector needs Lamp Replacement please do the following:-

1) If Projector is less Bright then check Lamp Hrs. Consumed from the Projector "Menu" Button Options. If Lamp Hrs used > 1500 hrs and Projector is not in "Eco"/ Power save mode then you need to change the Lamp.

2) If Lamp hours used <1000-1500 Hrs then this is not a Lamp issue but a Projector issue. Projector can be dusty inside and requires Servicing.

4)  If even after Projector Service the Brightness is not good then there is fault inside the Projector. Please take Projector to Repair / Service Center or you can send Projector to us by Courier for Repair.
